Functional Rehabilitation workshops are presented by Sandy L. Burkart PT, OCS, PhD, an orthopedic certified specialist, who has been recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association's Section of Orthopedic Physical Therapy for his teaching excellence. Dr. Burkart has delivered more then 400 clinical and scientific workshops, presentations, and teleconferences nationally and around the world. His evidenced based workshops are designed for physical and occupational therapists to integrate movement science and manual therapy with orthopedic examination algorithms, diagnostic specific rehabilitation protocols, and task specific training exercises that can be functionally integrated into the patient's activities of daily living.
